SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • All orders will be shipped out directly from Vancouver, BC, Canada within 1-2 business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to the Email provided once your order ships.
  • Package will not be delivered if an incorrect address is provided. The package cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender (IMARYA KIDS FASHION LTD.). IMARYA reserves the right to charge the shipping fees before refunding the rest of the purchase price or attempting to redeliver.

If the tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please take the following steps to locate your package:

  • Verify your shipping address by review your order history
  • Look for an “Attempted Delivery” notice
  • look at the community mail box
  • look all around the delivery location
  • Check if someone else accepted the package on your behalf
  • if the package shows “Delivered to Front Door/Mailbox” of the shipping address, the customer may be responsible to locate the package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance in locating your package.

  • Due to the hygiene reason, baby clothes under 2 years is NOT eligible for return.
  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery
  • Please contact us via contact@imarya.com or Wechat (ID: imarya-Canada) to let us know to expect your return, please include your name and order number.
  • Return label and the further instruction will be provided by customer service.
  • Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in original packaging, including the protective plastic bag, and all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our return policy requirements will not be eligible for resale, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to regular wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care. If after inspection, certain items are found to be damaged by the customers, that IMARYA KIDS FASHION LTD. can no longer refund such items, IMARYA KIDS FASHION LTD. will either dispose of that item on the customer’s behalf or can mail the item back to the customer. Customers will be subjected to charges to re-send items back.

Example on how to exchange items A & B to different sizes and return item C.

Step 1. Place a new order for items A & B with your desired sizes. Shipping fee will be refunded later.

Step 2.  **Leave a note before you complete your order**. Example: exchange for order: 58890

Step 3. We will ship the return label with the new order.

Step 4. Once you have received your new order, please pack all items A, B and C with the shipping packages provided.

Step 5.  Drop off your package to the post office.

Step 6. We will refund all items A, B, C and shipping fee once we have received the package and all items meet the refund conditions.
