SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to the Email  or phone number provided once your order ships.

If by the customer’s mistake, such as input an insufficient address, customer’s address cannot be accessed, the package cannot be delivered and is returned to the sender (IMARYA KIDS FASHION LTD.), IMARYA reserves the right to charge the shipping fees before refunding the rest of the purchase price or attempting to redeliver.

DID NOT RECEIVE PACKAGE:

If the tracking information shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please take the following steps to locate your package:

  1. Verify your shipping address by review your order history
  2. Look for an “Attempted Delivery” notice
  3. look at the community mail box
  4. look all around the delivery location
  5. Check if someone else accepted the package on your behalf
  6. if the package shows “Delivered to Front Door/Mailbox” of the shipping address, the customer may be responsible to locate the package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance in locating your package.

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the hygiene reason, baby clothes under 2 years is NOT eligible for return.

Most refunds on returns are in the form of original payment.

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery

Please contact us at contact@imarya.com or Wechat (ID: imarya-Canada) to let us know to expect your return, please include your name and order number. Return label and the further instruction will be provided by customer service.

Returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in original packaging, including the protective plastic bag, and all tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our return policy requirements will not be eligible for resale, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Baby clothes under 2 years is NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery

Items must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
